Skater Parent /Guardian Survey – Return to Competition

As we look ahead to the 2020-2021 season, we know that it will look and feel different. We appreciate that with so many unknowns, it may be difficult for you as a parent or guardian to decide if you are comfortable with your skater returning to the ice for competition.

Please take the time to complete the following survey before July 12, 2020.  The survey is designed to measure your level of comfort in your skater returning to competition for the 2020-2021 season in Ontario.

Closure Update

Hi skating families,

We hope this message finds you all safe and healthy. We just wanted to check in and keep you up to date with what is happening with the Club. We have continued to stay in close contact with The Town of Georgina so we could best inform you of how things will proceed in regards to our programming. Unfortunately, due to the continued spread of COVID-19, the town has made the decision to close all recreational facilities until June 30th. This of course means that our Spring sessions will be cancelled. For anyone that had already registered your registration has been withdrawn and scheduled payments cancelled. For those that had pre paid we have refunded your account.

In regards to the Ice Show and winter season, we wanted to catch you up on what has been done…

Ice Show

Every skater that registered for Ice Show has been credited the amount paid to their account. This credit will carry over and be available to you when you register for your next session.

Winter session

As far as the missed lesson at the end of March, unfortunately we will not be able to issue refunds or credits. We will be treating the missed session in the same way we would for sessions missed due to inclement weather, as the cancellation was out of our control.

We know that this is an extremely hard time for everyone and we hope that all of our members are healthy and safe. We encourage you to please continue to follow all regulations set by public health. Stay home, only go out for essentials, practice social distancing, and wash your hands often.  Let’s beat this and get back to what we love…

*Please note that if you are not planning on returning we would ask that you contact us at and we will be happy to accommodate on a case by case basis.
