McGregor Meat & Seafood Fundraising

We want to present our skating families with a fundraising opportunity. We will be running a North Country Meat & Seafood fundraiser (MacGregors). This is a great opportunity to help raise some funds for the club AND earn credit towards your future registration fees. 50% of the profits you make will be credited to your Uplifter account for future programs.

Please see the attached information about the products for sale and the two order forms.

All orders and money must be received by 10pm on Monday February 16th. We will not be able to accept late orders. Our delivery date will be Thursday February 26th at approximately 5:30 pm at the Ice Palace. If you are placing a large order, you may have to send multiple e-transfers over a few days (depending on your bank’s limits).

So, what do you do?

1. Sell, Sell, Sell!

2. Use the attached Customer Order Form to keep track of your orders.

3. Submit the Seller’s Order Form and complete payment by e-transfer no later than February 16th to fundraising@georginaskatingclub.org Use the password Meat26 and include your name and your skater’s name in the message (including your skater’s name ensures that you receive the credit for future registration). Orders without accepted e-transfers will not be included.

4. Pick up your order on February 26th and deliver it to your friends and family. If you are unable to pick up your order on this date, please let us know who will be picking up your entire order before the pick up date. We are unable to store items not picked up as scheduled.

5. Credit towards your future skating fees will be applied to your account.
